Delivery Information

We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over £39, however, regional surcharges may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.99.  Regional surcharges may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Your order will be delivered on a Standard Delivery service.

For customers who opt for Standard Delivery we will despatch your goods within 2 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and these will be delivered by one of our courier partners on a 2 or 3 day service, so it will take 5 or 6 working days to get the goods to you.

If a customer places an order on a weekend, we aim to have the goods before the next weekend. Some items delivered from our satellite warehouses may take a little longer to be delivered and may result in you receiving more than one delivery.

Express Delivery 1-3 Days

You can upgrade to our Express Shipping service which means your order will be prioritized and will reach you within 1-3 working days.   For orders over £39, the cost is £3.99 or £7.99 for orders below £39.  Excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
